I have an occupational disease caused by working standing for a long time and lots of hand movement. When I take a day off, my hands become swollen and my whole body aches, but I don’t feel the symptoms when working.
On the off day, I stay at home all day, sitting on my bed with my laptop. Sometimes, I go to a Goodlife fitness only to have a sauna in order to relax my body without exercising in there.
And I took glucosamine irregularly which is good for bones and cartilage, before I went to work. I felt nauseous because of taking it without having meals and I thought it’s not so much effective.
Recently, I went to a shoppers and bought a MSM because of big sale. As I had taken it for a week, I felt the swelling in my hands and pain in my body would be gone quickly.
Before taking it, I heard from Youtube talking about MSM th fact that I might have insomnia as a side effect. I didn’t know anything else then, but recently I got some symptoms of abdominal distension and pain in my stomach for no reason. I thought I got a bad stomach, so I should eat some cabbage, not knowing side effects of MSM.
Yesterday, I found out some side effects of MSM including abdominal distension on the internet.
I thought I should stop taking this supplement. Instead of taking it, I will take a glucosamine having little side effects and eat some chives and raw garlic having lots of organic Sulphur.
